Office Visits and Scheduling
Patients are seen in our office by appointment only. If you need to schedule an appointment, please call our main scheduling department Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm at 614-839-5555. A receptionist will answer your call and schedule your appointment. If you are experiencing any problems, one of our nurses will be available during regular office hours to discuss your concerns and will consult your physician as necessary. It may be necessary to leave a message with the nurse during periods of high call volume. They will contact you as soon as possible, usually by the end of the business day. Please leave detailed information regarding your name, your physician, your date of birth, and a phone number where you can be reached. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 and seek care at the nearest hospital.
Please keep in mind that many medical problems cannot be accurately diagnosed over the phone, therefore an office visit may be required prior to treatment.
Our daily schedules may be unexpectedly altered due to the needs of patients in labor or those requiring surgery or close observation. We will make every attempt to contact you to make arrangements if your physician is called away from the office. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
What to Expect on your First Visit
Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete a patient registration form. This information is used to record your health history, for identification purposes and for insurance and billing. All of this information is kept confidential. After completing the forms, your physician will meet with you so that you may become acquainted and be more comfortable prior to your examination.
